Should be, they regularly update the app and Android is now given equal Trueplay status - though that seems to be because it's using the Arc Ultra's internal microphones instead of your phone's.

Whatever, I have just upgraded my broadband that required a new router. Can I get my Arc to be recognised..... No.

Easiest thing to do when replacing a router is to just change the SSID and password to that of the previous one.

Then all your devices will just automatically connect to the new router

It cannot even see my speaker let alone let me change anything in settings.

No, no... You change the SSID and password of your new router to match that of your old router, you then don't need to mess about with any of your devices they'll just automatically connect to the new router
