Well I would like to go to New York now and then (1st class with Cunard) and Tokyo and Iceland -

You could probably buy Iceland for £45.5m now.

However, having been there a few years ago I'd recommend a visit - if only for the permanent hot showers!

hammill:Well, I assumed they would be christian music festivals. I am still shuddering.

Most western classical music festivals contain a good percentage of 'Christian' music. Bach and Mozart are just a couple of notable examples of prolific Christian sacred music composers.

(Altough neither of them wrote parts for Gibson Les Paul guitars as far as I recall.)

I was of course aware of that. However, I doubt that this was the sort of music the original contributor had in mind. Until Victorian times the vast majority of people in western europe were christian and the church was extremely powerful, so the amount of classical music that is christian in nature is hardly surprising.

Who just has to be a character in Band of Brothers II: The Gulf Years...

Hmm....I'd like to see HBO come up with that!

I would still go to work eveyday.......to my designer office space set up for my new business specialising in headfi. It would be a top floor office with great views. I would have my CD collection on racks to be used by prospective customers to audition. My collection of music reference books and biographies would be available as well. Both collections would be added to regularly.

I would have a example of every headphone amp I can source, along with various CDPs, music servers and PCs to act as sources and loads of headphones. Then customers can pick and mix and match. The range would start from the FiiO amp at £15 and go up.

I would get a subscription to What Hifi.
