Small LCD TV/monitor advice

Hello,

The Philips says its a monitor and i was wondering would there be any differences between them?
I will be hooking them up to receive Freesat through the Humax Foxsat HDR set top box. I have seen a really good deal with the Philips and i do not want to spend too much as it is only for a caravan.

Feel free to give any type of advice or other recommendations.

I have this for my bedroom, and find it amazing, and because LG consider it a monitor instead of a TV they give a 3 year warranty.

Thanks for your input Canada16, now thats got me thinking now.............
I can get the Philips 40 pounds cheaper so just needing to weigh up the size & cost difference......mmmm

Anyone else have any more ideas or preferences between these two?
