SKY+ Lip Sync

Hi,

I have just just fed my tv sound through my cd system amp to my sky+ box, using an optical lead. Now my sound is great but it seems the lip syncing is ever so slightly out. Any ideas how to get it just right?

Hi there. This has worked for me; from your remote:

Services; settings; sound; Digital Audio Output Delay and adjust and check in increments starting with 20ms.

Hi,

I have a Pace Sky+ box and it doesn't have those settings, just basic stereo/mono and the optical setting is only normal/dolby.and thats it. Only had it changed last year, so it can't be out of date, are you sure you haven't got the HD box?
