Sky+ HD - Planner problems

I have noticed for the past month or so that my recordings/reminders planner has the channel name missing on many of the entries. The box will still record or remind me of them but if I for example want to take the series link on/off or set the entry to record or remove it won't let me. I have to delete the entry, re-enter it and then those options work. Also some of the enterings will say ...searching, even when the reminder pops up.

Anyone else experienced this?

No . But would suggest you run through the tech department (sky).

I would try a Re-set hoping it corrected the Error

As ever with Sky boxes .....take the power lead out for 20 seconds and replace ..(yeah I know bl**dy obvious!) but it never fails to amaze me how often it works!

Thanks guys, I've done the take power out etc. no joy. Been in touch with Sky hmmm want me to buy either a new box for full price or a reconditioned one... Cheek! That would be the 3rd box.
