Sky HD - Channel 412 (Eurosport HD) and sound issues

Have been watching a lot of the above channel which broadcasts in Dolby Digital (or so my Onkyo 605 tells me).

That said, a lot of the spoken word comes from left and right front speakers, and not so much the centre channel. If you are not sitting straight on, can sound quite disconcerting.

Can anyone suggest a fix; or have I set something up wrong?

It is almost as if there is no centre speaker.

Strange - watching it now through the 875 and it seems to be all centre channel on the commentary, with ambient effects from the stadium on the other channels

I trust that isn't a dig at the fact that I can't watch it at work!

I will check the connections to the centre (should be fine, and are fine for any other source).

Christ, Greg Le Mond may've been a decent cyclist, but what idiot thought he'd make a good commentator ? He has a style made for radio, he flaps his arms like a constipated chicken, and does he HAVE to say "kinda" 50 times in every sentance ?

It also depends on what is being broadcast. I do sometimes get speech to left or right channels.
