Sky + HD Amstrad 890/895 Box High Pitched Noise

Now had 3 boxes in as many weeks and they all make this high pitched noise. (Similar to an old CRT TV Being on in a room) Really Really annoying. Had 2 x 1Tb boxes and 1 x Std HD Box, all the same. Anyway, having trawled the internet it appears I am not the only one. They were all Amstrads by the way as that is all they ship now, but have heard the Samsungs are quieter if I could get a Recon one.....is this true?

i have a amstrad 1tb box had it over 6 months never had any issues with noise etc you must just be very unlucky
