sky epg whats wrong

hi all i need a little help
when i go on the sky epg it only lists me programmes 6to 12 hrs then it says no liststings available,
it also says no programme synopsis is not available, whats wrong as i cannot plan recordings
i use samsung hd box is this skys fault or boxs fault cheers.

A power down, or launching 'Sky interactive' or a planner rebuild will usually cure it in most cases

i use samsung hd box is this skys fault or boxs fault cheers.More a bug than box fault, if it's happening frequently though, i'd suggest a phonecall to Sky to get the box swapped....
