Has anyone used this product? I want to send a signal from my computer (upstairs) to my Hi Fi (downstairs) in order to listen to BBC iplayer on my stereo.

Hmm. Looks an awful lot like a Lindy one that Andrew was talking about and (I think) testing for a Gramophone piece...

Do you think it will be able to send the signal through rooms ie upstairs to downstairs? I don't want to order from the internet and then have the hassle of returns. John Lewis don't seem to stock it, unfortunately.

Kinda depends on the size of the house and thus the distances involved, but remember this type of device doesn't give you any control over the computer from the receiving end.
