Might I ask if all these 'tests' by users have been at all useful? Given that @ 1505 today it was impossible to get into here and write what I am.

I gather evidence is still being collected, and conversations are being had with the content providers and the affected ISPs.

Yes, the tests are very useful, but we don't have a 'quick fix' so please bear with us. We're doing everything we can, but we are dependent on external companies/ISPs helping us and that isn't always easy.
