Signal switch - which product?

Do you know of any product with the following:

- at least two inputs, one XLR, one RCA
- XLR output
- would switch pre-amp signal from either of the inputs to the output
- indicate selected input
- IR remote controlled, direct selection of input (not toggle/scroll)
- good quality relays and wiring

The QED switches are good products, but unfortunately none of them are XLR. You might find a pre amp is the only option to get the best possible sound with all of these options.
