Exactly, whether they have been reduced for ages or not it is still technically a sale.
Many companies have 40% off all year round so they can declare a sale whenever they like.

Unfortunately, that's the human psyche. They'll buy when there's a sale.....many are reluctant to pay full price. So the retailer's will feed into that.

Check out their clearance section Gel. You can sometimes get some reasonable deals there. Though admittedly nothing amazing jumps out at present, depends what you are looking for really.

When you follow a particular product or range closely you reap the benefit of knowing a real reduction from the typical price as opposed to a SALE!
