Settings for Toshiba 37CV505B

Purchased this TV at Xmas, however have never been able to get the best picture settings for it, was wondering whether anyone else has this TV and may be able to assist.

Ok so not many people may have this TV!!!!!

Picture is very poor at the moment up close, very fuzzy, Im thinking now that it was not the best LCD to purchase.

Is there some sort of guide that helps you to obtain the best picture settings for an LCD????

Most Disney DVD's have a picture set up feature which guides you through getting the settings right.

Hi,Try taking the backlight setting down to 10,and the you will find you are able to adj contrast,brightness and colour easier,also use movie 1 regards,shep

Thanks for the info, will try both methods, I presume that the option of picture settings on a disney dvd is in the menu somewhere.

Yes, in extras I think.
