settings for sony kdl 40w4500

could someone please show me where the settings are posted for this tv ......and any tips on how to get the most from this great looking lcd ..thanks in advance

If your having no joy searching onsite, try another site with google, found what I needed. Personally I set picture to cinema, backlight 2, temp as warm 1, standard motion flow, and 1:1 full pixel found in "settings". Far as I remember all other enhancements are off. This gives you a great template to begin with I feel, you can adjust for every input separately (Sky, DVD etc.)
