Sennheiser PX 200-ii or AKG K450

I'm looking for some closed back smallish commuter headphones that won't leak sound (I travel by train). They have to be small as I don't like walking around in big headphones.

Any thoughts on which is better? Sennheiser PX 200-ii or AKG K450. Both are around £40-£50 at the moment.

I've just got some AKG 480 headphones. They are the noise concelling versions of the 450. One thing to bear in mind is that the earpad doesn't swivel. This might make it uncomfortable on your ears as it might not be vertically in line with them.
