Hi.
I'm looking to buy a good slim 37"-40" flat screen TV, preferably with built-in DLNA (so I don't have to play my video/audio files via my PS3). I decided to pop into Currys to look at the Samsung UE40B8000 they have on display. I don't know what source it was playing, but it looked hi-def - it was some kind of Sky promo thing. I was very disappointed with the picture judder, it looked horrible.
I'm quite sure 90% of customers who look at that display probably wouldn't notice the judder, unless they specifically were looking for it - it's the first thing I look for... Am I expecting too much from flat screen TV's, or has anyone else noticed a judder on the UE40B8000? Unfortunately the sales rep wouldn't connect up a Blu-ray source, which would've helped me determine if the problem was with the source they were using... I'm going to try an find another store with it on display this weekend...
Jason.
