bigboss said:I reckon this player will drop to £250 - £300 by Christmas.
We will probably get the Panasonic first then.simonlewis said:Samsung have now confirmed their release date as April 18th for their UHD blu-ray player.

I would send it back and buy the Samsung 8500 from BestAVdeals.com for £400 - I am on the waiting list for one. Get The Martian free. They are both the same.simonlewis said:NEED ADVICE !!!!!You may or may not know that my panasonic blu-ray player arrived in the 17th april but without the two free blu-ray films, i have complained about it and currys have phoned me and said that they will collect it on tuesday and once they have recieved it they will send a new one out, not sure if i'm being a bit funny but i have to box it up and be without a blu-ray player for a few days which i'm not happy about for the sake of two missing films that i already own on standard blu-ray.Do i a) box it up and send it back for a replacement or b) cut my losses and keep the blu-ray player. (not sure what to do as i already have these discs).
I have been doing a rawing trade on AV Forums selling my ultra hd 4k blu rays.bigboss said:Speak to Currys and ask them for a straight swap. Take it to the shop yourself. You can sell the discs on as new.
