Of the 2 TVs you have listed for me it's a no-brainer and the PS64D8000 is by far the better option. Firstly it's a current model as opposed to last years so uses the new bluetooth 3D glasses, there is also the fact it's roughly £2000 less than the LED-LCD TV and IMHO plasma is a better option at screen sizes above 42" and again IMHO plasma has far less crosstalk issues over LCD.
