samsung le40b651t picture setup

Hi i have just bought the samsung LE40B651T and its a great tv the picture from the blue ray and xbox is awersome but (BUT ) i have tried and tried to get the perfect picture setup for my sky+ but i have failed i got close but the whites are so bright its hard to look at the tv

please can somebody help me many thanks

thanks its helped a little but i have my screen fit greyed out and xvycc can't find that also the custom 120 hz mine is 100hz don't know if that makes a difference in game mode my bd wise is also greyed out.

picture is slightly better though thank you
