samsung bd-p1500 blueray player

i have purchased a samsung bd-p1500 for my parents,i know its only a basic one but ok for the first,the problem is that when i loaded a blueray disc it would not play all i kept getting was NOT SUPPORTED MODE, can anybody please help

Try downloading the latest firmware, that should sort the problem out.
