Rotel RA12 auto on from Apple TV?

Hi All,

I'm looking to buy a Rotel RA12 which I mainly want to use with apple TV airplay. Will the amplifier turn on automatically from standby when it detects an optical signal from the apple TV?

I love the ease of use of my B & W Zepplin and am looking to recreate that in a bigger setup,
