Roksan kit - vertical bi wiring with stereo power amps

Can anyone tell me whether there is any gain from going vertical which I understand is one amp powering both high and low of one speaker? Does this not short across the two channels from the power amp - the Roksan literature recommends one amp to right and left low and the other to right and left high. The preamp has three preouts - I would use two of these one set of left and right to each amp. Then it would be choosing vertical or horizontal bi amp. Any ideas? Cheers Hubert[😎]

I'd use one power amp for the LF on left and right speakers, and the other for the HF of the two speakers.

If you say so, that's good enough for me. That's the way I will go - have ordered another Chord Chameleon plus connect to do it. The amp should be here next week .
