Roksan Corus Black

Is it better than the Ortofon 2M Blue? Bought one on e-bay for a great price..anyone have the same cartridge and their thoughts?

Quantify better?

It is a fine cartridge probably brighter in character than the Ortofon (more accurate), but it comes down to personal taste and system matching.

What I mean is that the corus black is about double the price of the Ortofon and has a finer stylus so it should sound better..?

Indeed it should - but only your ears can determine that. I ran a Corus Black on both a Planar 3 / RB300 and a Roksan Radius 5 / Tabriz combinations and it sounded really good (for the money) to me. I have,however, never heard the Ortofon so would not be able to comment on that one.
