Problem with roksan Caspian m2 cd jump up disks, I check, what scratches aren't present, it can be sensitive to not a qualitative disk, or it is marriage?

I have the same problem with my Kandy K2 player. Player hicks up during play. I am thinking of sending it in for repair. If any one has the same problem or know how to solve it, please let us know.
