Remote for Technics ST-GT550 tuner

Please, I need help with my Technics tuner model ST-GT550. Tuner is ready for remote control but remote control unit is not included with device. I try to connect many of universal remote control units to my Technics but with no luck. Somewhere I found that some of Technics amplifiers remote control unit operate with my Technics but not specified which.

So, I am sure someone of you will find the answer

try contacting a panasonic dealer, if you don't have luck, contact panasonic directly, I think they are still located in Bracknell, Berkshire in the UK.

Best chance of success is likely to be with one of Logitech's Harmony remotes.

Another option is to buy a cheap programmable remote off Ebay, probably get one for a few quid that will do the job.

I already tried with universal remote control but with no luck. Somewhere I found information that Technics devices uses "short" wave signal for their remote controlers.

I will try to contact Panasonic dealers, this may help.
