Rega Saturn v Cyrus CD XT SE2

I'm using a Rega Saturn as a CD transport into a Chord QBD76. I'm considering replacing it with a Cyrus CD XT SE2 (and adding a Mac Mini or similar to stream tracks when not using CDs).

Does anyone know whether there would be any improvement in quality from the Cyrus over the Saturn?

in terms of the transport? I doubt it!

Sell the Saturn and get all your CDs on the Mac Mini, the MacMini via optical into your DAC will be a beteer transport IMO

So do I. Unless you absolutely must have a CD transport of some description in your system. If you do then go for the Cyrus purely for its improved transport mechanism.
