Question Rega R3

Hey I am new to this but I have a pair of Rega R3 and I want to completely change all the parts
I thought about buying the drivers of the rs3 since they are the same size but I wonder if I need to replace the crossover as well.
Or else just get different drivers and crossover ?

What is wrong with your R3's?
If you really want to change to RS3 it's probably cheaper to buy a second-hand pair.
