reference bluray disc for audio and PQ

Rather than starting another thread,i'l post in here......when listening to say HDMaster Audio 5.1,does anyone dismiss this in favour of their 7.1 or 9.1 speaker set-up?

I must say I'm a fan of Jeff Becks Rock'n'Roll Party for sound quality-Picture not bad at all-give it a try 🙂
