I found a new method at https://turntablewave.com/best-way-to-clean-vinyl-records/ where the author mentions using a spin-clean washer along with a vinylvac product for deep cleaning records.

Although I haven't tried it, I have read some positive feedback about both products.

Can you please let me know if it is worth it to spend around $100 for both products or not?

I can definitely recommend the Spin Clean as I use one. I clean all of my new / second hand records a few times and dry them with the supplied cloths which are excellent. I really don't find any muck on my stylus and I use a very expensive stylus ( Paratrace )
