Recommended amp for connecting hd projector and tv?

Hi - I want to connect a pana ptae1000e projector, pana bd55 and pana TH37PX80BA all together, so we can watch blue ray movies via the projector or tv. I think this means we need an amp with two outlets - any recommendations? My budget is limited - originally I was looking at the recent Yamaha award winners but believe they only have one outlet. The Marantz Sr6003 is one to consider, one of the least expensive amps with dual outs ( one or the other ) and it sounds very good as well.

Sorry - I was a bit vague. The HDMI output on the Marantz can be either output 1 OR 2 not 1 and 2. Dual outputs ( both on at the same time) are available - the Pioneer SC-LX81 comes to mind.
