Recommend me a small HD TV for gaming

I'm looking for a small <23" TV suitable for X Box gaming. I've found a few on Amazon, does anyone have any particularly good recommendations?

you could check out some philips models steve, im not too sure about the smaller ones but i know some of their pricier screens have minimul input lag.. ill have a google later and post my findings here..

hi steve, i've had a gander at a few tech sites that mention gaming lag in their reviews, i checked out the various philips models but can't find anything at the size your after, most of the reviews are for larger screens that are also more highly specced than anything at around 22/23in, so im afraid i cant help.

it may be worth asking said tech savy teenager to check out some gaming forums though? im sure the er "kids" that frequent them will have a few suggestions of smaller screens that they dont get shot up on because of gaming lag

It's primary function is a monitor so it may perform better at gaming than a standard TV.

Thought I saw some quite high spec small screen TVs by Samsung 1080p

Samsung SyncMaster P2770HD - LCD display - TFT - 27" Monitor with HDMI input, stereo speakers and freeview tuner. 5ms response

Samsung P2450H 24" monitor with HDMI input, but no speakers and no tuner - 2ms response.

Both are 1920 x 1080p screens

I have the second one and we use it with our old modded G3/G4 PowerMac and our MacBooks and it looks great - kids play games from their MacBooks and haven't complained yet, so it must be ok ! Also, both of them have 3 year warranties and I think are available on amazon.
