Recommend a wired headset for console gaming (200-300 USD)?

I'm looking for a wired headset that's compatible with PS3, PS4 and Xbox One, has great sound quality, has a good/great mic (for MP/lobby chat, not recording) with noise-cancelling, and chat and sound controls. Different sound modes are strongly appreciated.

I recommend you the Audio-Technica ATH-M50x. I use them for about half a year and i highly recommend them..They offer great gaming experience with the great sound quality and have also great mic. So if you want to take them you won't regret!
