I have 4 OHMS AR 58 speakers from the early 80's. Do you have any suggestion on a Amp/Receiver as I listen to records, cds and tapes.

I guess it will pretty much depend on your budget and what you can audition wherever in the world you are.
Most decent amps should be able to drive those speakers.
