Quad Elite CDP (CD player / preamp)

Has anyone been able to audition one of these ?

It's predecessor, the Quad 99 CDP, received excellent reviews, but I haven't seen any reviews on the new model yet. And will WHFSV be reviewing the Elte CDP anytime soon ?

I have the same query, having Quad amps and tuner and wishing to replace /upgrade the CD player currently not Quad.

I can't find anywhere where new Quad elite CD player can be heard alongside Audiolab, Naim, Arcam etc equivalents.

Your profile doesn't show your location, but in the UK, I know the Music Matters chain stock all four brands, and have demo rooms. However, the Elite CDP isn't currently listed as available on their web site, although the Audiolab equivalent is.
