Q Acoustics QAV 5.1 + Onkyo 806 = overkill?

I'm tempted by the Onkyo 806 to partner my QAV 5.1 now that it's only £400, should I take the plunge?  Or, will it be too powerful for my speakers?

Sorry I don't know the answer, but I have some questions. I am considering a QAV 5.1 and a Denon AVR1910. I noticed you have this setup. Are you not happy with it? Is the amp not powerful enough? How is the setup with movies? And what about music?

Cant really comment on whether it is overkill but I've had my QAV connected to an Onkyo 876 and a Sony 2400es. Preferred the sound from the Onkyo tbh though accept that the Onkyo is capable of driving much better speakers.
