Q Acoustics 2050i

Does anyone have experience of these speakers?

Just realised that after years of collecting John Lewis tokens (even though I'm 41 they arrive every birthday and xmas, bless you mum and dad!) I could get a pair for virtually nothing.

They get a great review on here. What sort of level of amp do they deserve? Would the Brio R deserve better speakers than these?

Thinking about it, I might use these tokens for my first foray into sonos.

Still interested in anyone's experience of the speakers though - 92db sensitivity, they're certainly going to be loud I guess.

Big fan of Q speakers and the 2050i looks like a winner. Good price too but better with a more powerful amp to control the drivers.
