Q ACOUSTIC 2050i or MISSION MX5

Hiya, need advice on buying some floor standers to accompany my onkyo 609 amp and q acoustic 2000i 5.1 surround. My first choice would be the mx5s because i want big cinema sound and im a base junky, reviews of the mx5s suggest deep rich base. But people say you should stick to the same make of speakers?! Does anyone know how the 2050is compare to the mx5s???
