I just bought the 2010i's used but they are really harsh on the high ends. Is this how it was meant to sound because none of the reviews I've read have said this.

Hi Jacky, i'm a happy owner of the QA 2010i. I do not find the 2010i too harsh.
A couple things to try
1. Do you have tone controles on your amp. Is the treble perhaps set too high?
2. i dont know if you have put bungs in the back ports, remove the bungs on the back and hear what happens.
3. what also can help is to experiment with positioning the speakers closer of further away form the back.

Speaker positioning is very important if you want to get the best out of them. Spend a lot of time experimenting. The effort will pay off.

What amp. are you using and what sort of volume. I found some amps sound harsh when you push them, could be clipping. Or it could be the tweeters have been damaged, probably not expensive to replace if thats the reason.
