PS3 to solo Movie HDMI conection has no sound

Hi, I just bought a PS3 slim and have connected it to my solo movie via HDMI, the thing is I get sound from the TV but not throught the amp. Anyone got any ideas?

When I change the settings to optical and connect and optical cable it works fine but I wanted to do it via the HDMI if possible.

As far as I can recall, the Solo Movie will only accept and pass through video over HDMI. For audio you need to use the additional digital connection between the player and the Solo, though the Solo can output such an input over HDMI to your TV.
