Enjoy! Don't forget to check for (and install) any new firmware upgrades once you've got your box hooked up - there've probably been a few juicy updates since your PS3 was packaged.

also a game for a tenner (Star wars TFU) and a blu ray for 7 quid (vantage point)

added another controller, twin charger/dock as well as sonic and buzz games

I am Legend is £10 from play.com

Extra conroller about 30 quid or haggle at the shop when you buy your console.

Hdmi about a tenner from most gaming shops or a decent one from play QED bout £20

Charge Kits cost about £5-£10

Plus alot of games are cheap now Fallout 3 is £20 Mirrors Edge £25, Mortal Kombat Vs DC Universe £25

Matrix Bluray Box set in HMV for £25

To be honest id buy the console from the shop not online as shops are willing to haggle or throw in extra games or accessories. In saying that £298.49 and 3 latest games, Resistence 2, Prince of Persia and Motorstorm Pacific Rift (the new one not the first one), you cant really go wrong.

well...the deal i got on amazon is not available now...

it was PS3, 2 games, 2 blu rays, remote control, hdmi cable for about £310, total saving on amazon list price was 104 notes

i added sonic, buzz and another controller plus charging dock

its all set up now, just waiting the games and the bluray remote.

thats a shame about LBP .... was looking forward to blasting sackboy

Prof mate,any chance you can ship Resistance 2 down to South Africa (LOL). Once again we're being ripped off. We are paying the equivalent of 50 Pounds which is R800.00

I'm also getting a PS3 for xmas - mainly for the kids of course. the games i've got so far are LBP, Fifa 09 and guitar hero world tour.

Can anyone recommend a multiplayer first player shooter? PS3 equivalent of Halo?
