Is it possible to use a optical and multi-av out on ps3 together?

i can use the tv speaker hdmi an optical together is it possible with multi-av also?

I beleive update 3.0 makes this possible....there is now a multi AV out option in the PS3 settings after the update. Not sure if it will help you or not but give it a go!
