Projector Screen and eye level

Finally got the builders in to start work on converting my garage into a dedicated cinema room - I've been so looking forward to this.

I've got a quick question though re the projector screen. When you are sitting in your normal viewing position where abouts on the projection screen should your eyes been level with?

Think of the cinema hall. Which is the best seating position for you?

I like 1/3 below and 2/3 above eye level or 50/50. The last thing you want is a cricked neck, though I doubt you'd be able to have the screen that high in a converted garage.

Thanks for the tips. Think I can get away with a 50 / 50. Cause of the viewing distance this actually makes the screen quite low but will be running a few tests next week before committing to anything.
