Problems With Rega Phono MkII

I have a Rega RP3 turntable and an Audiolabs CDQ and power amp and Dali Mentor speakers.

Problem I have is the loud hum in one of the speakers when I turn on the Rega phono stage. It is very loud.

Initially I thought it might be the phono stage so sent it back for a new one. However this one has the identical issue.

Any help would be great - speakers do not hum at all if I switch to CD source.

I am currently connecting the phono stage to Tuner on the Audiolab

It may be a daft question but have you tried attaching phono stage to one of the other set of inputs (video or aux)?

Each of these inputs has a 'trim' level you can set, try playing with this setting.
