I just moved to New Zealand and while unpacking I think one the kids was playing with my setup because I can't get my rear speaker going. I have a Panasonic BD55 connected to my Sony DA1200 receiver with analogue cables and hmdi from bluray to receiver and hmdi to TV and 5.1 set up.
I cant for the life of me get the rear speakers going I have spent 2 full weekends 24 hour in total trying to get the going with no luck.
On the amp with the remote I press dvd and in the amp speaker display SW, L, C, R in boxes and below the C is S with no box around it and were SP should be below the L and R there is just an empty box. I have quadruple checked speaker cables and everything is connected correctly setting on BD machine are correct
I'm so frustrated I'm on the verge of throwing the amp in the bin and get plug play with DTS-HD
I would be particularly grateful if someone could put me on the the right track.
