problem wiht olive 03HD

Dear All,

I am having problems with my olive 03 HD. the divice is not reading and ripping the CD properly. I can hear the music from the hard drive but to hear or ripping CD the divice is "hanging" all the time and I have to restart the system every time.

some one has have a similar expirience?

Here in the Netherlands the Olive has a very bad name because of the many problems. On forums people warned for it. Don't buy it!

Yup.... Macbook Pro / normal laptop / imac / netbook / into Rega DAC....... or similar

Is it still under warranty? If so, go to the dealer you bought from. He should sort this out for you.

I have an Olive 3HD worked fine for a while then it wouldn't start up problbly and I was told by manufaturers that it needed to be turned off like an computer. I didso and it worked problaly for a while...SinceI have had in for repair because I can't get in touchwith it...it was returbed and it started upwonderful and I was happy...The day after same problem...now it is goingfor another check,...annoying
