Problem Digital copy magazine

Hi

Just purchased the digital copy of the November Mag on my Ipad

I want to take it fishing and read on my Iphone but cant seem to do it - it wants me to buy it again

Anyone help?

Assuming you've bought it on the iPad, the What Hi-Fi? app should 'see' you've already bought it and allow you to download it agan to your phone. We've just tried it here in the office and it works fine.

Tha what hifi app is running under newstand by the looks of it - is that correct?

It is coming up for me to pay again, should I do this?

Also the pixelmag account setup is not working it keeps shutting down

No, you should not have to pay for it again. I downloaded the Nov issue through the WHF?SV app on Newsstand on my iPad at home this morning, and it has appeared in Newsstand on my iPhone at work. I've downloaded it to the phone no problem. I'll bring this thread to the attention of our subscription dept and see if they can help.

When I open the newsstand it just has options to buy or subscribe
