I'd try not to and am not too sure why you would. What speakers are you referring to? It's not possible on mine.

I don't use it that way.but my new amplifier does not have a sub out. But I think the sub has speakers in and out.

Most subs don't need to use the sub out on an amplifier, and if you have reasonable speakers anyway you shouldn't need a sub.

What do most subs use then?.and if it's through speakers out do they then run the speakers out of the sub speakers out.if not why not and can you damage your amp and speakers running it that way.

If not using the low level output many subs have the option to take a high level signal from the speaker terminals but this connection is made in parallel with the normal speaker cables, not instead of.

You should have an appropriate cable supplied with the sub, the wires will be thinner than normal speaker cables, so it should all fit in the terminals.

No, it doesn't affect the performance of the input, the impedance of the sub connection is extremely high, so when wired in parallel it becomes virtually unnoticeable to the amp.
