Hello my av receiver(yam a3060) is 3m away from my tv and sources.tv is sony Xd9305 and sources are sony bd7200 and shield tv box how do i get an atmos sound track to the receiver do i just use hdmi arc from tv to reciever thank you all

Via hdmi from the blu ray player is the only way to get an Atmos soundtrack at the moment AFAIK
