Hi,
Was wondering wehther anyone has any idea whether the picture quality of the 4280XD is that much different to the 428XD? On the Pioneer website you can compare both models - the 428XD has a couple of extra connections and "Advanced 42-inch Kuro" as opposed to standard on the 4280XD. Also What-hifi also gave rave reviews on the 428XD but haven't got round (and probably won't get round to) to reviewing the 4280XD - which is the later model.
The question is, if you are not bothered about the extra connections, can you really justify the extra £300 price tag for the 428XD? Can the picture qualitywith the "Advanced 42-inch Kuro" engine be really worth the extra dosh and would you really notice the difference?
It's highly unlikely that anyone has made the comparison side-by-side of the two panels but if anyone has an opinion, please let me know.
Ta.
