I currently have the 51FD and could probably shift it for the same price (if not more) as the new cost of the 320 (see hot deals on this forum). Is it worth my time doing this? Is there any performance advantages in the newer 320 over the 51FD? I don't need the phono-outs nor digital outs (ex HDMI) which I note are not on the newer model.

Should be alot faster at loading, mine takes ages but the picture quality is worth the 2 mins or so it takes. It may also be bd live, which only matters if you use that service! I was looking at the lx52 as an upgrade but i've since read in this forum that pioneer are due to anounce there new blu-ray players in august/sept, you could wait till then and see what that brings, it nothing floats your boat then you might get the 320 even cheaper.

You're not keen then?

Just wondered whether there were any performance advantages (picture/sound) over the 51FD if not I won't bother.
